Recently, the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) issued an urgent notice, prohibiting passengers from carrying power banks without CCC marks, with unclear CCC marks, or belonging to recalled models or batches on domestic flights starting from June 28, 2025. Upon verification, DJI's drone batteries do not fall under the category of power bank devices and are not included in the newly defined scope of CCC certification for products such as lithium-ion batteries, thus not requiring CCC certification. Additionally, according to the CAAC notice and media reports, the new regulation only targets power banks, and there has been no change in the security check requirements for camera lithium batteries.
